So........ No one at Google checked if the name of their products were already trademarked?

Now Google's getting sued over the name of their OS and Notebooks (because GOD FORBID they used an element as a name)

As an owner of an "Epic" 4G, I can rightfully say EPIC FAIL Google, as well as the company suing them.

I still don't understand why names of things can be trademarked. Doesn't it matter what quality the product is, and not the actual name?

I don't know, it could just be me.....

Anyways, if you want to go more into detail about this:

And best of all, Google is keeping it up for another day :D Enjoy!

"Hey Mom" "How was your day?" "I tattooed all my friends to my arm!"

She what!?!
Yes, A woman actually did this; but only as a temporary tattoo!

.......As Techcrunch said:
Imagine the pain of defriending someone (if it were real of course!)

Chromebook Update! The Screen

Just a quick update, the screen hinges are becoming a bit loose, not so much that it is a threat to the computer's functionality or look, but it worries me. I've heard that this is common on CR48's, a true sign of excessive use of the device (a true tester!)

Just wanted to share!

Improv Everywhere's latest video: The Mute Button

If I saw this in the street, I would join in, right then and there. Great job guys!

The New York Times' article on Chromebooks is RIDICULOUS

" There’s no “desktop;” there’s no hard drive."
Yeah.....Wrong. Completely.

"O.K. I mean, I’m sort of with you here, but walk me through this."
Who writes professionally like that? A 6 year old?

"If you do not have a Google account, you can log in as a guest."
OR MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT

" There are no other programs or applications to use."
I dont know what screen you're looking at, but I have a nice 32 apps......

"So, with these netbooks and laptops that cost the same or less, and weigh the same or less, and come with screens bigger and smaller than Chromebooks, I could still do all those cloud-based things you were talking about, but I could also have a full-fledged computer as well?
Yes. So I would want a Chromebook because…? Good question.

They REALLY dissed Chromebooks here, and I don't blame them for one reason: Chromebooks cost WAY too much. I have owned 4 netbooks and each has proved to be a powerful device. Netbooks can even run Mac OS X at normal speeds! But the focus of these devices isn't iMovie, or COD; it's the web.

So shout out to Sam Grobart, great job on the article! [NOT] I can't wait for your next article about how the news doesn't investigate in their topic. Oh wait, you already wrote it.
